This policy explains what information TX Openings collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. TX Openings is operated by Northpine Local. We are an independent publisher of data built from public records. We are not affiliated with the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) or the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts.
What we collect from you
When you request a sample week, we collect what you enter: your name, work email address, company, what you sell, and the metro you cover, plus the page you submitted from and your consent choice. Our hosting provider also keeps basic server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps.
How we use it
- To send you the sample week and to follow up about the service, including telling you when subscriptions open.
- To decide which metros and sellers to cover.
- To respond to you, and to prevent spam and abuse.
We do not sell your details, share them with advertisers, or use them for unrelated purposes. We may share them with service providers who help us run the site and send email, under confidentiality terms, and when the law requires it.
Email and opt-out
Emails from us identify TX Openings and include a way to opt out. You can reply STOP or email hello@txopenings.com at any time and we will stop emailing you.
The public-record data we publish
The weekly file is built from public government records: business names, addresses, licence stages and dates for food and drink businesses. We exclude sole proprietorships because their records can identify individuals at home addresses. The data contains no phone numbers or personal email addresses. If a business or person believes a row is wrong or should not be listed, email us and we will review it. Our data comes from public agency datasets, so we cannot change the underlying record, only our file.
How long we keep it, and your choices
We keep your request details while you are a subscriber or prospect, and for a reasonable time after for record-keeping. You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@txopenings.com from the address you used.
Security
We store form submissions securely and limit access to the people who need it. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Cookies and payments
This site does not set advertising cookies. If we add analytics, we will update this page. When subscriptions open, payments will be handled by a third-party payment processor; we will not store full card numbers on our own systems.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will post the new version on this page. Questions: hello@txopenings.com.
