These terms apply to your use of txopenings.com and to the sample files, emails and any paid files we provide (together, the "Service"). TX Openings is operated by Northpine Local. By using the Service you agree to them.
What the Service is
TX Openings republishes information from public records, including TABC license applications and issuances and Texas Comptroller sales-tax permit data, cleaned and delivered as a weekly email and CSV. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TABC, the Comptroller, or any other government agency.
As-is, no guarantee
The data is provided "as is" and "as available". Public records can be late, incomplete, duplicated or wrong, and our cleaning and matching can introduce errors. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness or timeliness, that any business will open, or that any business will want to buy from you. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Permitted use
You may use the data for your own business-to-business sales and marketing to the listed businesses. You may not:
- use it for unsolicited bulk consumer marketing, or to contact individuals at their homes;
- use it to make decisions about a person's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment or housing;
- resell, republish or share the file or substantial parts of it with others outside your company;
- harass, deceive or misrepresent yourself to anyone you contact.
Your compliance responsibilities
You are solely responsible for how you contact the businesses in the file, including compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act (email), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and do-not-call rules (calls and texts), and applicable Texas and other laws. The file does not include phone numbers or email addresses; any contact details you find or use are your responsibility.
Plans, billing and cancellation
When subscriptions open, plans will be billed monthly at the price shown on the pricing page when you subscribe. You can cancel anytime; cancel before your next billing date to avoid further charges. We may change prices or coverage with advance notice. Until subscriptions open, sample files are free and carry no obligation.
Changes to the Service
We may change, pause or end the Service or its sources, for example if a public data source changes or becomes unavailable. We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page.
